Disable the Co-Authored-By trailer in Claude Code with the attribution setting

Set attribution.commit in settings.json to hide or rewrite the commit trailer. Also covers attribution.pr for PR descriptions, sessionUrl, and the deprecated includeCoAuthoredBy.
