Stop Codex asking "trust this folder?": set trust_level = "trusted" in config.toml

Add [projects."<absolute path>"] with trust_level = "trusted" to ~/.codex/config.toml to stop the prompt. Untrusted projects have .codex/config.toml, hooks and rules ignored.
